What a great start to the day! I went out in search of the Givenchy body veil at The Bay and came home with a nice little haul

Walmart

4 x Nexxus Shampoo = 8.00 - 12.00 = +4.00
pair of tights for my DD = 3.00
tax = -1.11
OOP = $0.11
(ALERT!!! I found a BOX full of Nexuss shampoo! If you are in the area, go to Lougheed Walmart. The box was on the floor near the tampons and pads. It isn't a Nexuss box, just a random brown box. I was there at 9:30 this morning and it was totally full!)

5 x Nexxus Shampoo = 10.00 - 15.00 = +5.00
Hairspray = 2.88
Bobby pins = 2.00
gum = 1.68
tax = -1.98
OOP = $3.44

Went to the Bay and both me and my friend got the Givenchy body veil. My friend is allergic to perfumes so guess who got it?

London Drugs

2 x Old Spice razors = 1.49 x 2 = 2.98 - 3.00 (save 3.00 WUB2)
2 x Vileda scrubber = 1.99 x 2 =3.98 - 2.00 =1.98 (LOVE their sponges!)
tax = 0.84
OOP = 2.80

All 9 shampoos and both packages of razors will go straight into my donation box. (Love the smell of the Nexxus but I don't like how my ultra fine hair feels after)

Funny part was when I went back for the 5 shampoos the cashier (a different than the first) was so smiley until I handed over my coupons. She did not want me to get overages but I stood firm (and polite) that I know the policy and she was welcome to call customer service. I was at the mall entrance and customer service is at the other end of the store. Suddenly, my 2 year old pointed at the cashiers chest and said "Mommy! BOOBY! BOOBY! Mommy, BOOBY, Mommy!"

The unimpressed cashier finally let my coupons go through and gave me my overages (applied to my basket...I don't have the guts to get cash back)

OMG...I live 3 blocks away from that walmart and I never find deals there and I never ever find the Nexxus...great find!!! So jealous because by the time I get there after work they will probably be all gone. Great find!!!! WTG!!!!

You never know how lucky you might get. The shampoo was not on the shelves (otherwise I'm sure it would have been gone-zo!). I never find it anymore either...I had almost stopped even checking for it. In fact, I had just walked down the aisle past the empty spot for it, looking for razors instead. I hope you try when you get home and I hope you get some! I usually shop at Queensborough Landing WM and have only ever found conditioner there.

I really hope so! I'm going to do a big donation near Christmas time. I might take some items to the Elizabeth Fry society...like the Nexxus shampoo/conditioners.

I should also say, that each pack of razors has 2 in them. I only paid taxes on them so for me, it's a really cheap addition to my donation box. DH is brand-sensitive

Queensborough is closer to me (and tidier) but I usually end up finding what I need at the Lougheed location. I just don't like going in there because of a run-in I had with a supervisor there once over the Johnsons gift basket. She was naaaasty to me!
