Does anyone else ever get 0 points when play crossword?

I finish the game. It usually happens every other time

My son just got his notepad and pen in the mail today. He loves it!!!

I just ordered the plush dolls a couple of days ago--I heard they're really nice.

I was really, really hoping for the truck--been saving my points for one--but I guess it's going to be a while before they come back, if at all. I still have over 7000 points...I could spend them on a $3 coupon but I really hate to give up all those points if they happen to get more trucks in...

nope...I only get 0 if I don't complete the game.

Even if I complete games, I get 0. I still get credited though, so it doesn't matter.

They must not be giving them out as prizes anymore. I'm glad I got one last week.

they were there early this morning? maybe just a site bug. the reason i say that is i have not always been credited with the 35 points for logging in.

I ordered a t-shirt on April 28, and have not received it yet. I sent them an email regarding this problem. Have anyone else not received their t-shirt, or any of their other prizes?

I hardly ever get credited the 35 for logging in. I don't mind. I just play an extra game.

I got my shirt in 11 days. But I dont' get my 35 for logging in all the time either. but no biggy. I am expecting lots of stuff from them next week. Will let you know if dont' get it.

You'll probably get them. I received mine last week. I also received a freezer bag. I'm still waiting for my ice cream container.
