Stumbled across a clear out of some Kicking Horse Coffee Beans for 7.00 per bag at my SDM and bought what was left. The particular brand I managed to find was normally 17.00 per bag. This coffee is delicious and I am soooo looking forward to drinking it!! It expires in November 2011 but I am 100% sure it will all be gone before then.

You can freeze it! I do all the time.

You can freeze coffee, but it is not as good after you do that as coffee beans/grind has a lot of oil which makes up a good part of the flavour. Once frozen, you remove a lot of the oils and even though the coffee keeps longer, it doesn't taste near as good. (My daughter is a bariesta)
