Canada post is driving me crazy these days, for the last couple of months I noticed that I didn't receive the samples/ products/ promotion I order online, I contacted some of the promotion providers who confirmed that my products were shipped and I should have received them long time ago. Even in the summer I ordered high value gift cards using my loyalty points and I didn't get them , I contacted the provider who said they were sent but I received nothing ended up after may be 2.5 months they refunded my points.
Now I'm afraid of ordering online, or accepting product review because I know most likely I won't get
I contacted Canada post before but the person who answered my call said you must have a tracking number to complain, and didn't bother to collect my info to report missing or undelivered items
