This is why I enjoy being on the top floor. Although one of my neighbours has a high pitch cackle and their living room is right next to my bedroom. I'm up at 5am, I need my sleep.

Top floor must be nice. We looked at a unit on the 30th, out of 35th floor. In our building, they're much smaller the higher you go up, and the price gets prohibitively higher.

Yeah, I'm only 12 stories so it wasn't too expensive. It's also an older building (well, 10 years), so most floors have the same layouts.
