    Did anyone else in the city have an MIA mail carrier today?
    I think I checked prob 14 times and even did an hour ago, knowing full well that the mail carrier would be at home by this hour feet up, reading HIS/HER mail! lol

    Me. We have a community mail box. I went to deposit mail and it's still locked up.

    I didn't get mail yesterday but I wasn't home so not sure if anyone on my street did.

    My best friend happened to be home when her mail carrier came by and when she mentioned she was surprised to only receive one piece of mail after a two week hiatus the carrier said that as they are not being paid overtime it will take a while to clear the backlog and they are delivering most recent mail first (as it comes in I guess) and it will take a few days (weeks for some!) to get all the mail waiting for us.

    I got 2 envelopes. One for a surprise train (yeah didn't get anything on my list) and another for a trade I forgot I had even sent out. LOL Alot of expireds in it. Man did that ever suck.
