Help !! My security in my condo (they usually keep parcels) told me that they had a package for me but since my apartment number wasnt on the package, the canpar worker wouldn't leave the package with security !!!
I plan on calling canpar and emailing stella...but without tracking number I imagine it will be hard.... damnit !!! I was sooo close !
Has anyone gone through this and successfully received their package after??
I have a feeling Stella won't care to fix this, even though it was their fault for not printing the apt number with it ! Because I did have my apartment number on my account.

You know I imagine fixing the situation is as easy as:
Phone CanPar. Tell them your name/address and the situation about not being able to leave the parcel due to missing apartment number. Give them authorization to leave said parcel with security. Parcel delivered following day.

Can't remember if CanPar has a warehouse for you to pickup or something. But you always could just showup and present ID, or at worst, photocopy ID and leave it with security if all other methods don't work.
