The problem with the pug is that even after sweeping there is still so much hair. I would dread putting the cloth in the wash becuase his hair would get all over everything. P.S Can you tell i am not no molly maid expert!

I have 2 pugs, I love my V mop I just give the pad a quick rince in the sink before throwing it in the wash.
Ps still can't figure out how 2 little dogs produce so much hair lol

That Vileda pro-mist mop is fantastic, My mother in-law bought me mine and it is the best Great Job on the price to, I wish I had will power like that to hold out lol

DH just picked up the Rubbermaid Reveal last month at WM (at my request, although I haven't used it yet - only him! ). It was a bit cheaper than the Vileda, but I think a very similar idea... really liked that you can use your own cleaner, and it seems to do a really good job.

P.S. we have two pugs also, so he just vaccuumed the hard floors right before he used the RR.

Not much of a brag, but I'm just so happy I finally got my Vileda ProMist mop. Whenever there is a sale they seem to be gone. I've been holding on to my raincheck for Zellers forever, but they're always out.

So it was $19.99 at Walmart today and with my $5 coupon I got it half price ($14.99 reg $29.99).

Can't wait to fill it with my Vinegar/Water solution and give it a go.....no excuses for sticky floors now!

I clean my floors the old fashioned way. I buy the micro fiber clothes from dollarama and clean my floors on my hands and knees. I tried mopping but there is always stuff that gets left behind. Do all these gadgets work as well as cleaning by hand or does anything get left behind. Also, do they clean baseboards? thats my biggest reason for cleaning by hand...I can get all the baseboards at the same time.

lol I thought I as the only one lusting after the Vileda mop, I stalked and sighed at it for about a month and bought it about 2 weekends ago.

I got the:

and an Aveeno Sunsreen all for 23.00 and some change.

I love my pro mist mop too! It was on sale at Canadian Tire last week for $19.99, plus they accepted the printed $5 off coupon, and I had $2.55 in Cdn Tire money. great deal, and it works great. my floors have been shining ever since.

I love my pro mist too! got it for 14.95 with my 5 off coupon. I especially love that my young sons love it...there is always a fight over who gets to mop. I love encouraging them to help with the chores.

I want to try this too, I use swiffer right now and it is expensive. Does any one use the Swiffer Vac i got it for my birthday last year and ive never been happy with it, doesnt really pick up anything and things get stuck in it all the time.
