Depending on when you're going, there is bus service between Niagara Falls and Brock University in St Catharines and the the Niagara College campuses in NOTL and Welland. From there, you can transfer onto local routes. Might not be the most convenient method, but definitely the cheapest, I'd say. Hope this helps!

Since Go Transit is doing the Toronto-Niagara train on weekends now, it might be a way to go from NF to St. Catharines. Only drawback is that service could be limited so you'd have to plan your city travels around the train pickups.

i am in welland so pain in the butt to go from bus to bus and time things.
Especially with a 3 year old to drag along. I was thinking of trying it but was curious about the taxi fare rates city to city like welland to the falls etc. if it'd be worth it for a few dollars more or if the hassle of timing everything would be better
If it is just ridiculously expensive. the last time i took a cab city to city it was about $30 but i am assuming the rates have went up because that was like 5 years ago or so
if they are still $30 i MAY be accepting of it but any more then that i would seriously consider bus.
