Hey,
Has anyone had trouble transferring their prescriptions and being told they arent honoring the $30 gc promotion?
I called the one at Highgate in Burnaby, BC and they said they werent doing it anymore. Are they allowed to do this? Its on their website and doesnt say anything about may vary by store.
grr...i have 3 that need to be filled which would have been nice for the 18,500 points event. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

read the details of the promo carefully, and make sure you understand the details.
then call their 1800 number and see if they can resolve this for you.
if they do not resolve it, and you are pretty sure you are eligible under their promo then you can make a complaint to the ministry of consumer services.
you are a customer who has been enrolled in their loyalty program, and you have been so for X years, and now you are being denied the benefits of their program as outlined in their promotion.
there are far too many ppl being taken advantage of, and being bullied by SDM lately. you meet their criteria and they still try and get out of giving you what you are owed.In 2020 I had 100 FREE Grocery pickups! Subscribe to PC Optimum Insiders & get 25,000 PC Optimum pts
