Hi! Did everyone move over to a fB group instead? I haven't been doing any trading these days. I find it easiest just to follow the big wig pages on fB like SC or Mrs January. I can't really take advantage of the this store only deals people find in HRM anymore

Hi ilucoupon! I agree, there isn't a lot of activity on here these days. I would love to know about local deals and clearance items from people, but everyone seems a bit quiet. I have tons of cleaning product/P&G coupons to trade for diaper/baby cereal/old spice/yogurt/kcups coupons... if anyone is interested.

I used the 1.50 off coupons when you buy any Quaker Harvest product and Astro....went to Sobeys ( Cole Harbour )...they had Astro on Clearance 50 % off ( 2 weeks ) until expiry for 1.84....the Quaker Harvest was the new Quinoa bars....so basically I will get the full money back on the Quaker Harvest with the MIR and the Yogurt cost only .34 cents!!

Also picked up the Royale Tissue at Shopper's 12-24 for 3.99 less the 1.00 off from go coupons

Found lots of the Smuckers 1.00 off ANY Smuckers products....check out www.smuckers.ca to see ALL their products....soooo that should be a great coupon ...just watching for the sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going to price match the Tostitos from Shoppers at 2.00 a bag and find the cheapest salsa to use the 2.00 off coupon on the Salsa...want that free lol

This weekend I enjoyed swapping some coupons at the Dartmouth North Library on Highfield Park. Also used some Pantene coupons and Old Spice coupons on clearance at Shoppers on Portland. Used my Melitta coupons on kcups at Giant Tiger too, wish I had more!
