Okay this is such a newbie question but I couldn't find it anywhere. I'm making up my trade/wishlist and wondered at what value would you consider a coupon to be a high value coupon? (ie. $2, $5, FPC?) or even high demand? What are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance for your reply!

To me HV depends on the product for example 5$ olay facial cloths is HV cause that makes it almost free. so basically i take it at if the products would be free or close to free with the coupon it is a HV but that is my opinion
    TWO 20% KONG PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR TRADE<dl style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; font-size: 14px; font: inherit; vertical-align: baseline; width: 881px; clear: both; "></dl>

Obviously anything over $2 is HV
    mostly FPC'S trade for FPC's

Any coupon that you can get the product for free or free with overages in my opinion is HV

I think that a high value coupon will get you a product for free or nearly free. So if it is a $2 Adidas deodorant coupon, and the Adidas deodorant can go on sale as low as $2.27, then it would be considered a high value coupon.

AAAAhhhhh!! I think I'm getting it! So for example, those Nexxus $3 coupons not only are they a high value as in amount but because you can pick up the shampoo for $2 at WM giving you a $1 overage (not counting taxes) that REALLY makes it a HIGH VALUE coupon.

Whereas something like um an Aerius $6 off coupon (30+ count) may seem high but because Aerius can be $24.99+ that it may not necessarily deemed a High Value coupon. So demand would be lower on it....

Not necessarily in regards to the Aerius for us that can stack - I have picked those up for nearly free with stacking

A coupon that is rare and gives more than 80% discount on the item is consider high value in my book.

High value definitely varies from person to person. The $2 Adidas is worthless to me because I don't buy the product. So are coupons worth 80% plus of the sale price of the product if I don't use it. The $1 Philly cream cheese, $1 Kraft Singles, $1 Pillsbury crescent rolls, etc. are both high value and rare to me because I buy these products all the time and you can only get one per household (plus they required a save.ca and/or Facebook account).

I like the P & G's $5 off Gilette gift sets valued at $10 or more. When I bought this at RCSS, I used my Autocash and PC gift card to make up the remainder. So, I kinda used multiple "coupons" for this purchase.
