May I suggest contacting them? I received an envelope of coupons from them in the last month, the only problem is that I have absolutely NO IDEA when I ordered them, I wasn't even expecting anything. I know I did sign up and ordered them though, it was just weird!

i signed up for Hydra Sense to get their coupons, and was supposed to receive a bath toy for toddlers, but never received. after 3 months, i emailed them and they said i had to confirm something? directed me with a link, but even after that, i never got the free gift. i simply gave up after that. still got the coupons though.. printed it and it works.
