can someone help me with scanning the receipt for airmiles using their app? i was able to scan the receipt but the app said missing store address, so i re-scanned the receipt and the app said the receipt has already submitted. How do i delete the scanned receipt so i can re-scan it? thanks

i have a short receipt and i taped both end of my receipt to a dark colored table, so that the receipt lay flat and has a dark background.

ok i figured out how to submit an inquiry from the AIR MILES Receipts Activity for the first scanned copy. The other 2 scanned copies are still there and I don't know how to delete them. I guess in the end it will not matter if Air miles is going to review the first scanned picture.

Can you do an inquiry for missing points?
Or if you click airmiles receipt activity your scan should still be there. Click on it and it says retake image. Wonder if that would help?

@Purdee there is no way to delete a receipt that I know of. You can click on the original receipt and send in an inquiry. Another option is that you can chat with AM and agent will be able to help you

Be aware that a Charmin roll has A LOT fewer sheets than some other brands, for example about 40% less than Royale.
