At Zehrs, PC Pub Recipe Chicken Strips and Nuggets 700g are on sale for $5.99.

A while back, in the digital coupons from the Zehrs online site, was an offer that could be loaded of 4,000 PCO points for every box of PC Pub Recipe Chicken 600/700g. 4,000 points = $4.00 value.

It works out to $1.99 per 700g box! I bought 6 boxes of the chicken strips!

I went to No Frills this morning. They have vegetarian meatballs, veggie "chicken" strips and veggie "sausage" rolls for $5.94. I bought 4 meatballs and 1 of the other 2. I know the meatballs are $8.99 regular and I bet the others are the same. Having sausage rolls for breakfast today! I got 3000 points for spending $30 on hors d'oeuvres so that worked out great.

I also had a spend $100 get 10,000 points offer and also picked up 2 coffees that weren't on sale but I got 4500 points for spending $30 on coffee or tea.

72x cans of Chunky 540mL soup for $1 each. They are clearing old stock for the smaller 515mL cans.

Was doing some painting and did not notice I had stepped on a wasp nest in the ground. The little s got me several times, before I realized they were there. Ouch.
My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

I lucked into two of the $25 Boston Pizza e-gift cards Budweiser gave away a while back that someone wasn't going to use. Placed two takeout orders so we could use both at once, and while we had to py the tax, we still got a restaurant meal for two for under $15. It was more good than great... all fine but nothing I'd be eager to go back and pay full price for. But I'd gladly return for the same deal again. ;p

    Thanks walkonby.
Anybody going to the US around this time, watch out for Walmart USA and Target USA back to school clearance. By end of September their school supplies go down to pennies.

Then they start to put out Hallowe'en and Fall decor/Thanksgiving. So prices on Summer stuff and outdoor stuff goes to 75% off. Target will do 90% off, but little selection.
