    This is an awesome recipe I got from my friend from out east. They live on donairs. LOL

    Meat
    1lb hamburger
    1tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp flour
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp italian seasoning.
    bake 350 degree for 1 hour in meatloaf pan.

    for the sweet sauce;
    6 oz carnation milk (chilled)
    6 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbls vinegar or as needed
    If you stir too much, it will be a bit runny. Set aside while meat is cooking.
    So easy.

    Just got home, bought some donair meat from superstore wholesale, Thanks for the info $19.99 for a 5 pound box, fully cooked and frozen. Hard to break those suckers apart so solid lol. Smells good, will try my luck with homemade donairs tonight. Also bought the stuff for the sauce. That alone can make or break a good donair lol. Wish me luck
