This is one of those coupons that makes me sad I've had to give up on save.ca . . . they never send my coupons anyway and they don't care when I ask for help.

I have had the same problem before with the cereal coupon. I email them and they did reply telling me to try ordering and let them know. I took a screen shot of the last page and attached to their reply. They reply that there was nothing wrong on their end but I was still unable to get the coupon because if you click back on the coupon it was still available to order. I let them know and later got a email that my account was suspended and they have corrected the problem. I asked them why was my account suspended. They said that when there are accounts that looks similar (ex. address and names). The account gets suspended.

It did took a while for them to reply and if they reply back, reply to their email just to keep the mail opened and if they have not reply after your email, follow up on it with asking the status on the account.

Hope this help. Yes it's frustrating when you don't get a reply but it was great to have my account back. I was missing out on lots of the coupons too.
