I am overloaded lately need binder but what kind?

I find a calculator a must too , my hubby carries it lol, I also hand him the coupons to use if i find deals on the go lol ...might be funny lol but it stops me being confused as i have my pre shop envelopes organized for each shops flyer deals..

I'm with all the above. Zip up binder essential, as is baseball cards, dividers, pocket envelopes that snap shut for bigger coupons is see through and at the $$ store. I graduted to this system within 6 weeks of couponing. Used to have a small accordian type envelope. Then I started to put my soon to expire coupons in a plain envie so they were easy to access but eventually that took its toll so now I'm back to my accordian folder for soon to expire, plan to use now coupons! Sheesh, I've come full circle.

Thanks for all the tips everyone. I bought a small coupon accordion but it is almost busting open now! DH is annoyed with our coffee table being the "coupon table" now so I think I 'm going to go looking for some plastic sleeves for an old binder I have.

I have been using a Zippered binder with business card holders (10/pg), cd/zip disk holders (2/page), and clear page protectors.

The other day I found these awesome new Zippered Binder Pouches that fit 100pgs each at Costco for $9.99 for 20 of them. Only problem is that I need to get a different zipper binder because it's too small and won't close!

I have a zippered binder with a combination of baseball card holders full page sleeves and half page sleeves fits any coupons I can find.
I higlight expiry dates different colours according to month. At the beginning of each month I go through my book and make a list off all the coupons expiring that month, organize by date then print it and keep it at the front of the binder.
In my next binder I want bigger rings and a pocket on the outside of the binder so I can pull out the coupons I'm using as I get them in the cart.

I started out with envelopes too and that got overwhelming within the first two weeks LOL. I found a great "business" style zippered binder at Value Village. It has several pockets, a calculator and plenty of room for inserts. I have baseball card inserts for the main coupons and full size page protectors for the larger coupons. I am finding that the full page protectors are a little cumbersome because the coupons slide around and I have to paper clip them which adds bulk to the binder. I recently bought currency protector inserts (3 slots per page) off eBay and I can't wait for them to arrive!

I also pull the coupons I know I will be using and I put them in a separate zippered pouch (little dollar store zippered pencil case). When I go to Walmart I bring the whole binder and keep it in a purse style tote bag. If its a quick trip, I throw the coupon pouch in my purse and leave the binder home

THanks alot for the ideas everyone, keeping in mind I am a Male the make up bags would not do me well LOL. I like the baseball things and photo pages that sounds good, I want to be able to easily find the coupons I need without going through 400 in an WM lol

ok I have a database of all my coupons listed, so easy to find and match to sales. I delete coupons that are traded or expired.

I bought a zipper binder and baseball card pages to store my coupons that I use, and another folding acordian kind for trades. The baseball card holders are pretty good and unless I flip the thing upside down while open I wont loose any

I am a guy and this seems to be the only thing I could resonabily hold esily and still look ok LOL
