Oatmeal with almond milk. The kids had homemade egg mcmuffins.
Had a breakfast sandwich from Tims along with a coffee.

egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin. It was for DS but he was taking too long to get to the kitchen so I ate it lol. I made another for him and wrapped in tinfoil so he could take it to go.
turns out I really love ruby red grapefruit! Been eating 1/2 one each day alongside my oatmeal.
Coffee & a bagel
A slice of toast, fresh fruit and coffees.
Homemade roll, and experimental scrambled eggs - added a spoonful of creme fraiche as I scrambled and then cooked in the microwave. It does change the texture, very tasty! Put the resulting egg into my roll with a bit of cheddar.
Camp Day at Tim`s so that`s where our friends and us are headed this morning. Probably have a warm croissant and a couple of coffees.
