remember Metro has the prime rib roasts on sale every so often?? We used to buy 4-6 and freeze them, but sadly they were a better deal last year, their sale price is still acceptable but we could not justify buying as many. I must say that flavour almost makes it worth eating red meat.Quote:

little bit of everything, a ruby red grapefruit sectioned ( added juice and all! ) into 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, sprinkle of Stevia, small bowl of cooked large flake oatmeal with fresh raspberries on top, and a plate with steamed asparagus.
