    Had half bottle of Dr Pepper (the 710ml one), cooked penne pasta with coconut oil, honey lemon ginger green tea (out of the teabag), sea salt and chili pepper flakes. Sprinkled some hemp seeds on top. Chased breakfast with my vitamin drink and one banana oatmeal cookie. I should last until dinnertime unless I walk past a tempting grilled chicken place...but wallet says no.
