The usual. Raw rolled oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, Nextmilk and loads of blueberries :P
breakfast was after 12:30 today. Had a chiro consultation appt. early and didn't want to show up with a full tummy.
I made up for missing the early meal by having about 1 1/2 meals combined. Mmmm, bits of this and that. Some Trout, blade steak, a boiled egg,
part of a low carb wrap, 1 corn on the cob, green beans, Greek yogurt, salad and soup! I'm certain dinner will be the last thing I eat before retiring as I am still so full. That large coffee must have put me over the top! lol.
No late snack.

everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese

hard boiled egg sliced up into a Lavash wrap, thinly swiped with mayo. Ryvita snackbread ( rectangular crispy things ) spread with Greek yogurt and topped with berries.
A medium sized mug of creamy coffee.
Cream of wheat with almond milk and fresh strawberries.
another late/delayed breakfast at 11:45 a.m. due to early chiro appointments scheduled for 2 x a week. Just cannot get my head around eating anything before I leave the house but am always famished when I get back. I had a 2 cup portion of my homemade soup, a lavash wrap with 1 boiled egg, some sweet thai chili tuna mixed with a dollop of mayo on celery logs, a small dish of Greek yogurt with Blueberries and other portions fruit as a side. Oh, of course a much welcomed coffee.

Hit up Dr. Poons store yesterday to get more Lavash wraps. Today's breakkie was a hard boiled egg wrap, Mmmm.
Side of 2 Ryvita Snackbread Crisps with a thin layer of Greek yogurt and sliced fruit on them and....Coffee....did I mention the coffee?
Today is oatmeal with almond milk, walnuts and a fresh peach cut up (rescued the lonely peach from the fridge- :))
Ate " breakfast " way to late.....after my blood draw ( lab ) and after shopping at 3 different stores, so the diet went kaput! Toasted and buttered 2 sour dough slices of bread and spread hummus over them. Hefty size mug of Cafe Crema to accompany the meal.
Turkey bacon, 1 egg ( fried ), Lavash wrap, tomato from the garden! Coffee.
Granola and cherry yogurt
