We had pea soup, then there was 2 kinds of ham, eggs, grillards, orielles de chris, potatoes, weiners in sauce, maple baked beans, cole slaw, marinated beets, homemade bread and butter pickles, rolls, cretons, maple syrup and milk in bottles. dessert was des grandperes in maple syrup, maple syrup tarts, donuts. all the food was all you can eat and it was brought to the table, not buffet style. coffee or tea. Cost was $14. per person. And then we had Tire on a stick (maple syrup on snow.) Totally stuffed!
