Im in desperate need of a good mail day, and Im in luck because my package is READY to be picked up tomorrow morning!!! SOOOOO excited! SQUUEEEEEEE!!!!! xD I'll be sure to take pics of everything as soon as its unpacked. I thinks I might be Julesies buddy!!!

A few drops of Tea Tree oil in shampoo!

DD got lice at preschool. We ripped my house apart. Thank goodness DH was home at the time, he was a huge help! We washed everything we could and bagged up everything else (left it bagged for 3 months! lol).

Thankfully we caught it in time (DD had a few and no one else had any) and everything was gone pretty much immediately but it was still SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much work! The cleaning and then combing DD's hair 3-4 times a day.

The one girl at our daycare/preschool recommended Tea Tree oil so I tried it and she's never gotten lice again (there's been 2 more outbreaks since) and DS has never had it at all. I bought a bottle of Tea Tree oil for about $15 and I put 3 drops in the shampoo everytime I open a new bottle. The oil has lasted about 2 years so far and there's still tonnes left. It does change the smell of the shampoo slightly but it's not bad.

Do you just put 3 drops in the whole bottle or every time you shampoo her hair? Where can I get tea tree oil? Health food store? Lice makes me cringe .

Does anyone here who is using tapatalk know how to leave feedback? I can't figure it out.

My mom just called and said I have a parcel to pick up tomorrow. Maybe it's from my buddy? I'm waiting on the little mermaid DVD and a cell phone case but I'm pretty sure they would fit in my mail box I won't know until we get home on Sunday Im so happy she checked the house tonight because amazon shipped Aidyns birthday presents via ups instead of CP and they were sitting on are front porch. thank goodness it didnt rain!

@julesie-pie - 3 drop for the whole bottle. It's very potent stuff. lol. I got mine at SDM in the natural section, near vitamins. We use it for preventative measure, and so far it's worked.
