Their policy is extremely clear. I love it. Breaks it down very nicely so that there is no misinterpretation.
My only concern is the part that says coupons that have the word 'rebate' are not accepted. I can think of lots of coupons from Quebec companies where the French word "rabais" is mistranslated into "rebate." Olymel is especially bad with this and Metro is the only place that sells Olymel in Ontario.
