SOF can only stack if different media sources

I went to SOF to get rid of some of my FPC coupons and to stack to get Finish for free and Sensodyne for almost free.
The store was really quiet as it was 10am so I had a stress free time looking for products / matching up my coupons. At the checkout the girl called over the manager just to verify my coupons. My prime chicken, sensodyne, hidden valley ranch and finish weren't stackable. I didn't realize that you had to have one coupon per media source. I had $9.00 worth of finish coupons with different upcs all from inserts. He said you can only have one coupon from the newspaper, one from online and so far and so forth. Kind of disappointed I couldn't get the toothpaste as we're running low and it's the only one my boyfriend uses. Some of my coupons also said "limit one per purchase" and I always thought that you could only use ONE of that coupon per purchase? The manager said no it meant I could only use one coupon period, so that kind of got me let down as well. The manager and the cashier were both really friendly and patient. I thanked them both at least 5 times just because I do appreciate them being patient.
I've been avoiding LD just because the two closest to me (Whalley and Scottsdale) I always receive rude "customer service" and they make me feel just terrible. I don't even use a ton of coupons as I'm still pretty new to this and I live in a 650 sq foot apartment so there is very little storage space. Looks like I might have to brave going to LD again for toothpaste and finish. What are some LD's you guys like? I want to be able to go somewhere and not feel crummy.

If you're not too far away from Coquitlam, the London Drugs in Coquitlam centre is the best for stacking. The customer service reps are always incredibly friendly about stacking and such, although I've never done huge stacks there. Usually only a couple of products at a time, but yeah they've got a great attitude there.

I would call HO to verify this. I've never had that problem at SOF!

I talked to one of my friends and she stacked at SOF last week without this problem. I wonder if it was just the one I went to?
Good to know the Coquitlam one is good. I'll have to try them out. I feel like It's getting harder for me to do it. I don't driver either so everywhere I go is either by foot or by bus so not getting all my stuff today kind of irked me.

I've never found stacking at SOF very successful. LD in New West is awesome!

I had a horrible experience trying to stack at Price Smart. I won't go into details as I already have in the local Surrey thread. I highly reccomend going to the Guildford London drugs on a WEd, Fri or Sun night. Some very nice cashiers work at customer service and you will have no problem getting whatever you need.

Call the head office and ask about the wording, I have done a few shops at SOF and have no problems.

You should ask HO. I have stacked only once, but I did use coupons from the same media source.

The LD in Langley on 64th & 200th is great. The customer service rep there is also a couponer, she helped with stacking as I was missing 1 coupon and she found a coupon I could use - now that's service. Also the Cloverdale LD on 176th and 68th is really helpful with stacking as well.

I've never had problems stacking at the SOF Maple Ridge East or the LD in Maple Ridge. It's always been very pleasant and the staff is competent.

I was told the same thing. One coupon from each media source. This was Coq. SOF - I know others have not had a problem. I think it depends on time of day and who.....

I've also got the same information. I couldn't use my Finish coupons either...used them at LD instead. Someone put a comment up with the copy of the SOF new coupon policy recently and it states different media source very clearly....kind of sucks but at least you can still stack so I am good with that. And the Coq SOF is awesome, I had an issue there recently and spoke to the manager and he sent me a 25 dollar gift card for the hassle I got and stated if I have any more problems to contact him directly! Great customer service!
