WALMART /ARMY & NAVY
I am super HAPPY my Walmart was so awesome about allowing me to price match Arm & Navy Receipt!!!!
Arm & Navy had Energizer Ultimate lithium Reg $9.99 but they had white $3.99 stickers on them lowering the ADVERTISED price. Sadly Arm & Navy doesn't do overage so I took my receipt over to walmart. I needed proof of the sale so I did buy a pack at Army and navy for 20cents with $5 coupon before heading over to Walmart with my receipt.
At Walmart I picked up x9 and off to Customer service I went
x9 Energizer Ultimate lithium AAA2 Pack Reg $12.97 at Walmart Price match Army & Navy receipt for $3.99 minus x9 $5 coupons = FREE plus I got $7.20 back in change
WAIT THERE'S MORE..... All the packs I price matched have the $5 gas cards in them meaning I will get back $45 back in Prepaid visa cards... (ARMY & NAVYS BATTERY PACKS DIDN'T HAVE THE $5 PREPAID VISA)
My Walmart also informed me politely that they can NOT do this again with price matching a receipt but this one time they would allow it. They even called Army & Navy to confirm they were the same batteries. Yahooooo!!!!

Nice that Walmart did that for you, even if it's only this time. I once had a store price match a rain check I had. The manager knew I was a frequent customer so said ok.
SilkHave a great life!

Wow, Walmart price matches stickered products now with just a receipt. I always thought it had to be lower ADVERTISED price. I guess people will try anything to save a buck!

Stores do price match receipts. I remember Zellers doing that. And if you see No Frills price match guarantee policy, it clearly states they price match receipt.
It is up to the store whether to price match or not with the receipts. Your experience may vary, no need to fight over it people.
Edted to add: I tried to look for Walmart, I don't see one on their website about price matching.Last edited by couponlady; Wed, Sep 11th, 2013 at 09:28 AM.
