I've been posting about updating my jewelry collection post robbery. I have now purchase all my jewelry back thanks to ebay canada. I didn't go for the real stuff but wanted gold plated, gold filled and silver jewelry...particular for my rings since less expensive rings turn my fingers colors. I used to use Ebay in the states but found shipping cost prohibitive when I first came to canada. Thanks to China you can have high quality knock offs for a couple of bucks on ebay. I can't imagine how they can ship it this cheap.
I bought 5 rings (mostly CZ knock offs of rubies and emeralds). I don't care to fill my house with valuables but looking real and having choice is kinda important to me. I got one turquoise necklace to replace my favorite heirloom necklace. I spent 27.21 in total on the 6 fabulous looking pieces, with about 10 dollars extra in shipping.....take that customs canada. I haven't got them in the mail yet but if they look mostly like their photos I am done replacing my jewelry and did so for roughly 70 dollars total, thanks to Ebay.ca and zellers clearance.
Slowly regaining my power back from the thieves of hochelaga street.
