Bounty paper towel at Walmart Anniversary sale

I was doing to buy a pack yesterday then I noticed the sheet count was only 38 sheets a roll then I changed my mind.Bounty 6 pack are 70 sheets a roll.Bounty 12 pack is 456 sheets for $8.86.Bounty 6 pack is 420 sheets on sale lots of times for $4.99.We sure aren't getting a good deal on the Bounty 12 roll pack at Walmart for their anniversary sale.

But what size are the sheets? I get some rolls that have the half size sheets and others with the full size sheets. I looked at a 6=8 Pack I bought and its 102 2ply sheets 27.9cm x 15.2cm 26.2m2 total
