Finish Quantam??

So I have the Finish Quantam coupons from an insert, not sure which one I got them on a trade. But I kept seeing how people were getting Quantam for free. How did you do that? Everywhere I look at the Finish Quantam its like 11.00$ and I know not all people that I saw that got it were able to stack, so how did that happen?
Please let me know! Did I miss a good sale or something?

Canadian Tire:

There was a $6 printable out awhile ago and they were on sale at CT for $6. I actually found some on a clearance rack at... oh gosh, I don't remember, but they were $5

the $6 off coupon is for the Quantum Automatic Dispenser, not the regular tabs. The tabs were $2-3 off.
