I emailed them last week to complained abt it. getting 5.00 gas card and spending two stamps plus envie wasn't worth it. I was told they will fwd it to their promotion team. I suggested maybe doing it online.

I did the same thing. I trimmed both the forms and the PINs and managed to get down to 30g for 4 forms/PINs per envelope with one stamp. I received all 5 x $5.00 gas cards this week.

I wonder if it works if you photocopy the forms and send the cardboard pins

yeh I wish that too and they do with their other pin codes like for shirt, and for other fpc. etc why not for this, they should make it easier I only have 4 pins and they are in my kitchen from last 2 weeks, always forgot to take them with me.

I sent mine with one stamp... I only had the my address info on the one card and just the code part on the other 3. I have received the gas card back.

Can this only be used to buy gas, or can it be used on any purchase?

Both the website and phone system seem to be down to activate the card though.

Well I had the same prob. Website was down so I had to call the phone line. I told the rep that I had like 6 cards to activate and she did it on the phone for me. Havent used it so far but as its VISA prepaid, shouldnt be a problem to use anywhere VISA is accepted. Mind you.. my GCs were from Energizer purchase.

I was finally able to get through on the phone and I asked them about using it elsewhere. and she said that it can be used anywhere for example grocery store, but you have to pay the balance first and then use the pre-paid card.

These cards are good anywhere. If the purchase is over $5 tell the cashier you are only paying $5 of the total with the card and then explain how you will pay the balance.
Flipside pay all but $5 of the bill (cash, credit) and have only a $5 balance when using the gas card. Have used multiple cards in a single transaction.

My dad used the gas rebates awhile ago and it was no problem at all and one time in Whistler we brought some cereal and it was a good deal (less than 3 dollars) and frosted flakes and corn pops cereal btw and the gas rebate was 5 dollars we brought at least several boxes

When I first read the first post, I asked myself, "why two stamps?. But then as I continued reading, I went, "oh... that's why..."

I guess I was lucky the clerk only told me one stamp for mine.

Between 30-50g is $1.10 so after one stamp you only need to add $0.47 worth of stamps on the envelope.

I hear you ... I just sent off 3 envelopes and spend $5 in stamps (to get back $15 in gift cards) doesn't really make sense does it
