I got word in the last couple days that one of the Parenting centres for parenting and pregnant teens here in Regina were looking for donation of formula as the emergency stash that they had out to students was getting very low. I recently got sent a new parents package from Similac that I didnt sign up for. i was going to donate the formula to the food bank and trade the coupons but when i heard about this I knew i had to do something. 15 years ago I was one of these students in this program and to this day always help them out when and where I can. This program is in the same highschool that my DD goes to now. So she took the 2 Similac cans to school on Friday and I got busy!
My sister also had the freebies that she never used on her daughter so she brought her's over for DD to take to school on Monday then i went to Walmart.
1 Similac 945mL ready to use $9.97- $10 cheque= FREE
1 Tropicana $$4.87- 1/2 FPC= FREE
1 Quaker oatmeal $3.37- 1/2 FPC= FREE
4 frozen juice $2.42 for all
1 pencil Shapener/eraser $1.84 (for DS when he brings homework home)
1 baggie of erasers $1.38 (DS alwasy making mistakes)
1 Robutusin clearance $3- $2= $1
1 Wilsons Halloween cookie Cutter 97c (couldnt find this one anywhere last year)
Total= $28.54
coupons= $20.24
OOP= $8.30
So DD all together will be taking 5 cans of formula to the school for the girls and all of them were FREE!!!! Love coupons and free giveaways!!!!
Would also like to add that if anyone has any formula coupons that they would be willing to RAOK will get free or close to free formula and would like to help me help out these girls please PM me and I can send you my mailing infoThis thread is currently associated with: Walmart
