Tuesday night, hadn't heard anything, so I called to find out. Oh, it was never scheduled for Wednesday, but Thursday, and the same thing, again, no time commitment until Wednesday night. Suffice to say, I was not happy, but since hubby is retired and at home every, I should'nt be compaling too much. Anyway, it turned out to be a fairly small repair that still cost $200, but it's better than buying a new one. The repairman was telling my husband that we should try and keep our top-loading machine for as long as we can because the front-loading machines aren't all that great and are more expensive to repair. My husband asked him if there were any front-loading machine that he'd recommend, and he answered "none of them, even Kenmore", and he's a Sears repairman.
