Zellers at WEM ticked me off!!

So today I go to Zellers armed with my $2 Iams coupons and find the trial size on for $1.99. I am so excited so I grab 6 of them and head up to the cashier who tells me she can"t accept the coupon because it is worth more than the product!!?? I also bought some Kleenex that was on sale for $3.99, $2.99 with my coupon. Every other time I go to a Zellers they just take my coupon totals off at the end. This cashier even called the supervisor who also said no. I have never heard of anything so silly. If there is an overage, why wouldn't they just apply it to the rest of what I wanted to buy?

Zellers will bring the coupon price down to match the product but noone but walmart allows overages

argh! same thing happen to me today. I found two bags of the trial and the cashier said the same thing "the product is $1.99 and your coupon is $2 off so we can't do that" I told her I've gotten products in the past where its cheaper than the coupon and they usually just adjust it down. But still NO was the final answer... stupid Zellers

was it the Zellers at WEM? Why is it at some Zellers its fine and at WEM it isn"t!!!

I always have problems @ the WEM one but it seems like thats the one that always has what I'm looking for but always gives me a hard time with my coupons. They always say "one per purhcase" means you can only buy 1 and that always makes me mad and I have to explain to them. It's usually the younger female cashiers. Makes me so mad!!

Ive also had problems with the cashiers at the west Edmonton walmart. I've only gone twice, and both times I had the same issues.

I agree, Zellers WEM is the worst. Even that one cent becomes an issue. I have gone to other Zellers locations before and they adjust the .01 cent no problem, they do not allow overages or it being put towards the purchase, which I am fine with, but at least they adjust the penny!

Try the one at Meadowlark. They don't always have everything the big store at WEM does but the cashiers are always friendly and accomodating

Zellers is SOOOO hit and miss. The way they treat me makes me mad most of the time. I feel like they are looking down on me and trying to make it difficult.

i agree 110%.... its always at WEM Zellers for me their always so rude and mean!
