    I got my samples today. The box was open and in a "We're terribly sorry your package arrived in this condition" bag from Canada Post, but all of the samples were there, unharmed. I was actually surprised to see 3 bags. I thought I would only get one. That was generous

    You should contact and said that on the Van Houtte Facebook page,I read another case yesterday.

    ^Mine was open too when I received it. It wasn't in another baggy or anything, but both ends were opened. Not sure if it was from them stuffing it in the mail box or it happened in the postal system process, but all three bags were there plus the coupon book so it's all good! Now I just wish this stuff would go on sale because I want to use the coupon for an extra treat for my mom for Christmas! I think she would love the butterscotch flavour and might get my sister the chocolate one if it doesn't have milk ingredients.

    I got my samples 2 weeks ago and finally tried the coffee today. It was quite nice. Full bodies and full of flavour. Such a good freebie
