I applied for that, but did not get any rejection notice or card. I know other people received the card from this site, so I assumed my application didn't qualify... I stacked Windex coupons and the total was just taxes.

u may want to call them. becos I did n I was told my card was sent back becos there was no apt num. I gave them the apt num n they mailed me my card.
