I received this today!

It isn't exactly as pictured it only came with 5 of the above items. The 2 items with the black surfaces weren't included in my shipment!

I think the foam pieces were compressed during shipment because there is a little wear on one side but they are still in good condition and useable.

Oh well it was free, so I am not complaining!
