That's what I'm aiming for, Natalka.....all gift shopping is done, tortieres and crab quiches are baked and frozen, two loaves of bread done (green onion and dill one and a sun-dried tomato one), just a cookie or two to bake, and then it should be restful until Christmas! I had decided to buy all the cookies this year, but because of our grandson's extreme peanut allergy, I'm not going to take any chances.
OH, but I sure do want to make a wreath for them from old book pages; it's something out daughter would really love...!!! I do have a couple old books I could sacrifice....:)
Love her instructions here:

Mph. I've been busy compiling my best taste-tested bread machine recipes to put into a cute little binder for our daughter to go with the new breadmaker we bought her....or...actually "them" since I know her hubby will be playing with it, too...along with our grandson...which is why I made out the tag to all of them...lol...
I baked another loaf today: a sun-dried tomato and asiago cheese bread, AND I let it bake in the breadmaker (I normally only use the dough cycle) and omg, it looks wonderful! It was hard to wrap and put it into the freezer until Christmas brunch!!!
Hm.
Perhaps I'll bake another one up tomorrow since I still have ingredients for it...hubby sure would have loved some of that bread...:)
This is a video of my house house last year in Sutton, Ontario:

I don't have any video's posted for this years show yet, but I sure could use some help winning a contest I'm in right now...
I've entered this picture into The Home Depot's 'Home For The Holidays' contest.
I would appreciate anyone who could vote for my picture on The Home Depot's Facebook page to get me in to the top 10 by next week.

Uh, I'd be eating the roof first....
I'm not a chocoholic *unless it has mint in it*, but I'd be dunking that gingerbread into my hot chocolate! :)
