BTW ~ I flunked Home-Ec in High School and didn't know how to cook when Lloyd & I got married! Yup that was me! I do know how to cook & bake now but it really isn't my most favorite thing in the whole wide world to do and he knows it! Luckily I have a wonderful hubby that doesn't mind cooking sometimes!

Just to prove I didn't pack my kid in the box, here is a pic of him sitting beside it, all wrapped in paper and not labelled He's almost 4, and those are Ikea trofast storage units behind, to give an idea of the size. I really hope they don't give me a hard time about how big it is lol

Are you my buddy? I will be home Thursday morning but my mailman usually comes about the time I leave to take DD to nursery school!

So after 5 stores I have finally tracked down a playmobil school bus for DD! Ya so excites & relieved!

I learned two of the most amazing things today! For those who have rode previous package trains you know that I have been having trouble with my landlady. Well our building is now on the green bin program, so I went to get my bin today while my friend watched DD (because I dont like to bring DD with me anymore). So when I asked her for the bin she told me that the police said she is not allowed to talk to me or my daughter anymore!!! I said 'ok, but does that mean I don't get a green bin then?', she just repeated that she is not allowed to talk to me so I left. When my friend was leaving she said she was going to go ask my landlady for a bin on my behalf, but when we opened the door it was sitting on my mat. So happy I don't have to deal with anymore of her bullsh*t!

The second thing I learned was that a neighbour on the third floor who was also being harrassed by her & the other owners, made a formal complaint to the tentancy board, had a trial & won so they can't talk to her either!

Okay buddy.....it is ready to go. I planned on wrapping everything all pretty with all different papers but all my scotch tape went missing and after searching for an hour, all I could find was superstore band of tape. OMFG! I had to let Dd wrap because I was getting so frustrated. I would have jut went and got more tape but I am car-less today and DD would have had to take her with me on foot.

Luck you, mine for the other train was mailed at 8am in downtown Toronto yesterday and only got to Mississauga at 3pm today and th expected delivery was changed to a later one

I am thinking that when my buddy receives her package I am not going to be able to wait for her to open up her prezzies! I am such a little kid!

I am SOOOO like that.. so far i managed to wait til the day before for DFs bday gift. I probly made it til christmas last year though...
The only one I can wait til the time comes is DD, cause otherwise .. when the time IS there.. she won't get why she has nothing.

Wow you REALLY go on a hunt !!! I'll beg to have it but won't hunt for it.. so it's up to DF (or my mom or whoever the pressie is coming from) if it gets opened in advance or not.. My mom does a better job at making me wait lol

Sounds like you deserve a day off! How come you arrive so early? I start at 8:30 and don't get here till 8:30 I don't have to be early for myself! lol My buddy's parcel is due to arrive tomorrow but that is all I am saying!





Lloyd is 6'3" and I am 5'1" so everything that he hides is up high! lol Out of my eyesight! Here is some of his hiding spots:

Under the kids bed in their toy box ~ Didn't think of looking in their because I wouldn't dream of waking them up because I wasn't going to be up with them once I got them to bed!

In the oven ~ Why would I go in there? I already finished making supper!

On top of the kitchen cupboards where I can't see and can't even reach unless I take a ladder into the house in the middle of the night which I guess I could but would be pretty obvious! lol

The in-laws! What's up with that!

In the Electric Roaster again why would I look in there.....he knows that I only use it when I cook! Now I know to look in cooking things!

Today I arrived a little more earlier then usual I usually start a half hour early because I overstress trying to get things done, I have to fill the salad bar with ice, go outside dump the ice trolly, count my till serve any early customers, open blinds lay down matts, do homeshops which is too long and boring to write lets just say it is a big a*s list of things to get done. I even got a little snippy at the owner today he wanted his mini potatoes bagged(we do produce also lol) and he said your never going to ge them done going up and down the stairs...I said you want the mail don't you? Because he complains if I don't go and get the mail everyday
