I understand that this was discussed before. However, I was just wondering if there was anything new on this? I throw out so many coupons every month- I was wondering what I can with the expired coupons?

Go to the stores & be a coupon fairy - leave the ones that are just about to expire by the products in the aisle.

Yes I would advise being a coupon fairy at a store too.
I did talk to my military family member and in all his years, he knows of no such coupon program for the Canadian military.
