So, where is the part of him smoking crack? Isn`t that what all the hype is about?
He clearly appears intoxicated in the video which is NO surprise to me.
He has been in that condition many other times (publicly) danforth, hockey games, getting drinks thrown in his face etc.. So now that this video surfaced people want to take action and get him help?

This is a different video, the crack video is in the courts and will not be shown until the trial, even then the judge has to allow it to be released to the public.Quote:

I have not watched this all yet ( there are 3 or 4 parts to it ) but why has his family never spoken out before to the media? Maybe he never allowed them to? Well only Doug was always there. ( sigh)

He looks more then drunk to me, he looks like he is on something - moving around so fast, so edgy. I know that even when I have 2 drinks my motor skills are slow as molasses. I find it odd he would be so drunk and that hyper - I'm willing to bet there is more then alcohol involved there.Quote:

I find this so sad, his family is ENABLING HIM they are not concerned for his well being only for his status as mayor. Where is big brother Doug now? He was always in the media's face talking and defending his brother, where is he now to actually say anything that will help his brother. This whole situation has become sad - its a train wreck about to happen and no one can do anything.
Well, he is not my mayor and obviously I don't know him personally but I have seen enough drunks/druggies to know he is in a downward spiral whereby the end result will be catastrophic. This will end up with him in some kind of facility or morgue. It's no longer funny at all. We are witnessing the complete collapse of a human being.
