They sent me an Esso point card but was not loaded so I had to call again, not impressed. Hope I get my GCs $ back soon, damn those crooks who stole my $

You have to call them because sometimes they forget to call you and they give you enough points for you to purchase a new gas card

I had this happen 2 years ago but it was with SDM cards. I had 3 x $50 cards. I went to use one and the balance was 0.. When I came home I checked all the balances online .. two were at 0 and 1 was 2.34 .. I had a problem getting help because i was dealing with some kid who didn't do his job. FInally I wrote about it on their facbook page. I got 3 new cards and 10k points.. I probably could have asked for more points.. I just asked for 10k..
