Adding that they are really not that great lol pick the middle selection on the teeth questions to get the (package) if you choose the others you only get one thing

I have chosen the last one and got the bundle pack too!

To the first question asking if you ever received a coupon for a single warmer answer no and to the second one (if you use refresher) answer yes and you will get an FPC for a Febreeze too!

I got 5 pieces in my sampler: Always Infinity, Crest bundle pack, Febreeze single warmer, Olay cloth and Cascade pack.

I didn't choose only "other" or "store brands", I was picking other brands like Nivea or Kotex and it allowed me to get 5 samples.
