Will I get the bonus points for ex: 6000 points wu spend $20 on candy& snacks if I used fpc to bring the total down?

I think you have to spend the amount listed after coupons.

FPC may not work but $ off would for sure as long as you have other items to cover the coupons so the computer can't tell what the coupons are for.

FPC never counts towards your total - they are entered in with a different code so you don't pay taxes on them.
$$ off coupons DO count (but not BOGO)
Personalized coupons change the actual total (they are like a store coupon) - the amount after the coupon applies, not the price before
