last time when $10 credit from divine.ca. I had 3 pins traded....However, Just now I found my orders were cancelled with those 3 pins spent.

I love shop.ca and have ordered lots of stuff for xmas and redeemed lots of rewards, but...Everything seems to be out of stock. I managed to get a couple things free with the codes but it was hard to find stuff. I wish they would restock or remove it from the site. Oh well, free is free and i'm still happy

I would be careful buying from this site and getting the 25 dollar PayPal offer. I say a banner on the website about it and when I ordered it didn't add and when I called PayPal they wouldn't add it for me. She said if I didn't get an email, it didn't matter if a banner came up for me, no email no 25 from PayPal. She was really rude too!

I didn't get the email and it worked for me last night. It didn't look like it did at first, as it shows the full amount on your account summary but if you expand the transaction details (the plus sign on the left) it will show the $25 credit.

I've been sent 40.00 worth of codes(divine.ca, one in the mail, one from websaver and the one from shop.ca) in the past few days and I got my youngest 3 books and a set of Wiggles dvds for 2 something. I'm too leary of buying something that may need to be returned from a online store that I have to mail my return back to, but dvds should be okay.

It's weird it didn't work for me, maybe it's because I used a tablet to check out? It didn't show on my PayPal account after so I called in and the lady was so rude to me.

I love shop.ca now when it comes to coupon codes! I have bought several things from them (and through eBates).

The extreme downside of Shop.ca is that their Customer Service is SEVERELY lacking (on the verge of downright pathetic). They do not return phone calls or messages left on their voicemail, and no response to emails. But the price is right, as long as you don't need help with anything.

same problem i had with paypal, didn twork, i spent 32 emails all of them told me it expired nov 17 the offer, i sent them the banner, screen shots, links etc showing its a different offer and nope all just kept saying nov 17. Even spoke on the phone they just dont understand very rude too

I was able to use both the $10 and $15 codes and got free labels (I've been looking for them).

I did get another $25 off $100 and was hoping to spend the whole $100 to get $50 off but most of what I wanted was either sold out or outrageously priced.

I am hoping for a reply. I just got my order and only received one of two items. Both were shipped with the same tracking number! But my packing slip only shows one being shipped. Between the divine code stupidity, and the order mixup, maybe it is just as well I did not order the tablet I wanted to get for my DH. I called customer service and after 3 delays just got an automated message saying leave my name, email and phone # and they will TRY to get back to me. I hope this is just the Christmas rush thing and not the normal. I kinda like their site and the $10 'cards' are nice incentive.

when you checkout, there is a section where you put in a promo code.
you can use SHOPEBATES coupon as well.
