I'm craving something sweet. Like chocolate cheesecake. This one is layered in case you like dark chocolate, milk chocolate & white chocolate. Maybe a strawberry topping to add a little colour. Also serve it with a spanish coffee maybe?

I am really not much of a football fan, although in the last few years I have made real efforts to watch and learn the game and the plays.....




o.k. I confess in the last few years I have USED football games as an excuse to make lots of food/snacks.....but I did sort of fall for a certain team ( only because Joel McHale from Community is a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks, so I now like them ??weird )
and they won the Super Bowl last year, so......
DH informed me earlier that Green Bay ( Lynn49!! that is your team right??!!) was waaaaay ahead over Seattle and I told him I was going to post a nasty threat ( in good fun to Lynn ) but JUST now they ( Seattle ) took the lead by 3 points!!!
