i've got a pork shoulder in the oven for the next five or six hours.. my first attempt at pulled pork
longo's had a fantastic sale on pork last week - under $7/kg! everything except the bacon.. rats

i've always wanted to try making pulled pork. let us know how it turns out!

will do i cheated and checked on it a few minutes ago, it's only been in for about half the time so far... i jabbed it with a fork and it's already falling apart.. i might not even need bbq sauce for it, the flavor from the spices might be just enough mixed in with the delicious fat that's cooking out of it... of course i'll drain most of it off, but i have to leave some....

Now.. now we used to walk miles in this weather, and at recess I would purposely get in touble to get the strap to warm the hands up.. Whats wrong with today's kids..
