Slow day on SC...

Morning everybody! I am trying to work my butt off this morning so I can take a half day.
Too many green beers last night and then a late night Target/RCSS trip too. I want to go back to my bed for the rest of the day.

hubby woke me up and i went out to the couch figuring i'd just wake up slowly.. sure enough passed back out for nearly 2 hours last day i get to do that this week.... kidlet comes home tomorrow

OMG! The story of my life. My floor in between the bed and the wall has become my closest. I have 3 laundry baskets burried under a pile of clothes that would take up probably 6 or 8 baskets. Mostly clean that never got folded, but also some dirty mixed in so I have to do the sniff test LOL. ANd then I also have an overflowing hamper of dirty clothes. (Maybe my problem is too many clothes! )

I am TRYING to get it under control but it always ends up back the same way. I bought a 3 compartment laundry sorter/hamper from Target and finally put it together. Folded and put away 2 baskets full but I still have a ways to go. All that took place over the last 3 nights, lol. Low motivation and short attention span I guess. Maybe tonight I will just give 'er and get it done. It will take a lot of self control to keep it that way once I do.

OMG that is the story of my life! Laundry Laundry Laundry! Cooking, Cleaning and more Laundry! There is only me and DH, but still, I can't get over how much laundry I still do for two people!

we have a tricky situation.. hubby sleeps during the day i sleep during the night.. so i can't gain access to my drawers during the day and he can't at night (or early morning when he gets home) without fear of waking the other (and our door sticks and makes this very loud cracking sound when opened that can rip you outta sleep and give you a heart attack) so we keep our laundry out in sorting baskets in the livingroom.. BUT the little booger has soo much clothing the basket gets too full so every few weeks i fold up her crap and get it all into her drawers to help ease the pressure on the basket.. i do the same with mine every few months also.. what i really need to do is go through my clothing and get rid of crap but.. like everything that takes effort and like many women you don't want to get rid of something you just might end up wearing again or you once loved and wore often but haven't worn in a year lol (i have shoes that way...hell i have some pairs of shoes i've had longer then i've been with my hubby!)
