How many rolls of Postage stamps did you get :) l got 7

At work I know the postman quite well so we had a long talk and he said as of Monday Dec 23/13 all "p" stamps have to be pulled and given back to Canada Post. But some places not until Jan 1/14 depending on the region - but since I work in a dental office and we do recall cards every month we got stacks of 'p' stamps enough to last us for a long time. Then when its gone we get a meter.

Reason: Smart Canucks posted when Shoppers and when Rexall had the P stamps on for 10% off and bought them a little at a time over the last couple of years. Just checked the Christmas gift box with cards, and found a stockpile of stamps 10/sheet. So no worries for us.

i only bought 1 i don't do a massive amount of trades.. and i just can't warrant dropping $$$$ just before christmas on postage that will take us years to get through... with the fear of them getting lost too i just don't trust myself not to loose them

My husband bought me a roll of stamps about a year ago. I still have quite a few left. I chose to buy 63c stamps to mail out my Christmas cards and save my "P" stamps for after the price increases. Dh had mentioned that the "P" stamps might get a "capped" value, so we may end up having to buy low value stamps to make up the difference. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
