This offer seems to have a different P.O. box # to send to than the one posted last month on the Smartcanucks blog page, so maybe they are different offers.

I tried Googling "Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System Mail-in Refund Offer" and found my way to their website and found a contact page:

^^^ There is a phone number to call them and also an email form you can fill out with your question or comment. If you get someone that says they don't know then ask them who they think might know and what do they suggest in order to find out.
